A South Side Staple for Over 30 Years

Fiesta Bakery has been a fixture on Mitchell Street since the early 1990s. What started as a small neighborhood panaderia has grown into one of San Antonio's most beloved bakeries — not because of trendy flavors or Instagram fame, but because of consistency, love, and recipes that have never needed to change.

Our customers are San Antonio families who grew up coming here with their grandparents and now bring their own kids. You'll find the same fresh conchas, the same buttery tortillas, and the same friendly faces that have been here from the beginning. Walk in. The smell alone is worth the trip.
